Our company Gustav Adolf Dietz was founded in 1921. In those days we were manufacturing shoe-laces and I am sure that nobody ever gave it a thought that we would get involved in "Doll-Business" one day.

In 1980 we became distributors for fabric dolls, which were then all the rage here in Germany. Later on we expanded our business towards antique porcelain reproduction dolls, because German doll-lovers had discovered the hobby of reproducing their own porcelain dolls. This market turned even bigger when our customers started to make their own reproduction of modern artist's dolls.

We became mold distributors for famous companies like Expressions, Lasting Impressions, Wen-Bar and Seeley's. We also started to produce our own very successful line of modern artist`s dolls!

As you know all sorts of supplies are needed for doll making, so besides molds and porcelain slip we of course also stock paints, brushes, high quality human-hair wigs, bodies, glass eyes, shoes and socks, as well as underwear and many other things thus enabling you to make your own very special dream dolls.
